This template is designed to be used by Canadian sole proprietors and Canadian corporations. It is designed for businesses without complex bookkeeping needs and supports GST/HST and provincial sales tax.
My Digital Bookkeeper supports businesses operating in all provinces and territories in Canada with the exception of Quebec.
What training is provided?
Once you purchase you will get access to our 5 part video series which includes videos on how to setup your template, how to record your revenue, how to record your write-offs and how to understand your numbers on the Money Insights tab.
We also go through how to record USD transactions, how to record sales made through a payment provider like Stripe and how to record refunds.
Within the Money Insights demo we will show you a method to save for taxes and take all of that stress out of tax season.

You can also use the Quick Method of GST/HST with this template and we'll walk you through that in the demo videos.
I sell in USD, can I still use this template?
Yes the template supports USD or any other foreign currency. A tutorial is provided on how to record foreign currency transactions.
What format is the template in?
The template works in Google Sheets only. It is not supported through Microsoft Excel.
This is because we use some wonderful features that Google Sheets provides such as tick boxes to make the bookkeeping experience as pleasant as possible.
Can I get a refund after I purchase for any reason?
