We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator

Grow CPA is a cloud-based accounting firm looking to add a part-time Marketing Coordinator to our small team.  Grow CPA provides exceptional one to one accounting services along with financial education through digital platforms. By doing this we empower women entrepreneurs with the tools they need to achieve wealth, freedom and well-being on their own terms.  Grow CPA is community and family focused.  We are good humans working with other good humans.  

 

 

The Marketing Coordinator is a new role for our firm.  Our goal is to broaden our impact and product offerings through digital and social media channels.  The Marketing Coordinator will be at the forefront of this initiative.  

This is a remote role for anyone living in Ontario.  This posting is for 20 hours per week spread over 4 working days of your choice.   We will collaborate and work remotely alongside you over video chat and our multiple other communication channels.

Here’s our offer:

  • Work from home. A dedicated workspace as well as a high speed, reliable internet connection is a necessity.

  • Flexible schedule.  Work hours are flexible but there will be required meetings and virtual events that require attendance.

  • Salary based on a 20 hour/week.  Starting range from $20-$23 per hour based on education and experience.

Our Expectations

  • You have a post secondary degree or diploma

  • You have a good eye for design and experience using Canva

  • You have experience or passion for effective communication, data gathering, and digital marketing strategy

  • You are highly organized.  You love to create a plan, solve problems and research solutions 

  • You enjoy people and get satisfaction from providing a top notch community experience

  • You are a big picture thinker, adaptive, and comfortable with ever evolving processes and technology

  • You are positive, productive and love getting things done

  • You are willing to take on different tasks in a growing and changing business

  • You understand and embrace our WHY then energetically work alongside us to achieve it

  • Experience with Wordpress is an asset

 

What is involved:

  • Maintaining and expanding on Grow CPA’s digital assets including website, courses and content

  • Gathering of digital metrics and data then analysis and reporting along with recommendations

  • Leading monthly content calendar and weekly content planning meetings

  • Writing copy for emails, managing newsletter curation, designing copy and funnels for product launches, social media content, website etc.

  • Social media strategy coordination and implementation across multiple platforms (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, YouTube)

  • Creating, editing, reviewing and scheduling content, copy, posts, video, graphics etc.

  • Team collaboration and meetings

  • Professional and friendly communication with community via email, text, phone and video

  • Administrative tasks, physical (such as mailouts) and digital as required


This is a new role so flexibility as we narrow in on your exact role is a must.

Grow CPA was formed in 2019 by Ashli and Martina, both Chartered Professional Accountants with a desire to do things differently. From technology to client experience, we leave no stones unturned to provide a beautiful accounting experience for our clients.

 

Our goal is to help business owners fall in love with their finances, and see it as a tool to build sustainable wealth, freedom and well-being for the long term.  

 

Who we work with
We work with a limited number of businesses on a year-round basis, in a 1:1 capacity, and through masterminds and courses. We have clients that are sole proprietors, corporations, non-profits and charities. They may all have different business structures, but they all have one thing in common - they want to feel empowered, supported and in control of their finances.
